Andy’s Birthday Tacos:
- 1 (12 pack) organic whole grain taco shells
- 1 Light Life Mexican style ground “meat”
- Cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 4 green onions, sliced thin
- 1 can sliced black olives
- 1 small head romaine shredded
- 1 jar taco sauce
- 1/2 block vegan cheddar or nacho cheese shredded
- 1 tub vegan sour cream
- 1 avocado chopped
Pre-heat oven to 350 for taco shells. Prepare all veggies above and place in bowls. Heat meat according to package directions. Heat taco shells 5 minutes, while meat is warming.
Assemble with all your favorite toppings and enjoy.
