It was about 7:15 this morning when I took my breakfast, another tofu Florentine with portabella and onions, outside to get a few shots. Even though it was light out, the sky was so pink that I just had to show you the shots before editing.
I am still doing well on my plan. no junk food yet. Lots of veggies. It has been a little too cold for smoothies. Although, now that I got a few new workout videos, I will have to blend some up for my post workout re-fuel.
Have a great morning, I am off to Trader Joe’s (finally) to get LOTS of food. I will share when I get home!
